Franklin "Frankie" Chandler is one of the main characters on Lockwood. He is portrayed by Munro Chambers.
Personality
Frankie is a young man with a troubled past, due to his mother abandoning him as a child. He is introduced as a nice, good-looking valiant and confident guy with a knack of cracking jokes.
Biography
Frankie was born on December 12 in Lockwood, Pennsylvania to his parents Kevin Chandler and unnamed mother. He is the only child, that he is aware of.
He is best friends with Nolan Bains, Christian Rockwell, Liam Cummings and Michael Hollingsworth. He has an on-and-off again relationship with Aria Grady. Skyler Bridges and Frankie were once friends until Skyler took money from Frankie's dad at Lucky's Pub.
Frankie is a junior at Lockwood High School, where he participates in band, and football.

Frankie is a pale young man, about 5'8" tall with short dark hair and green eyes.

Kevin Chandler
Kevin is Frankie's father. He is an alcohol and has an abusive relationship with Frankie. Kevin is immature and feels guilt for Frankie's mother leaving them. Frankie acts like the parent between the two.
Liam Cummings
Liam is a good friend. He met Frankie through Christian and the three have been good friends since.
Nolan Bains
Nolan is a good friend. The two live across from each other, and developed a deep friendship. They are still close despite Frankie's hatred toward Nolan's best friend, Skyler.
Christian Rockwell
Christian is a good friend and is the go-to for girl advice. Christian and Frankie have been friends since they were young. Kevin and Christian's dad were good friends until the death of Joe.
Skyler Bridges
Skyler is a former friend of Frankie. The two have a rocky relationship due to Skyler's dishonesty with Frankie and his father. Skyler asked to work for Frankie's dad while his family was going through some financial trouble, and they allowed it. Skyler stole money from the register and safe, and was fired. Frankie resents Skyler since the incident.
